Heidi Klum, supermodel, knows very well that she can not earn a living from her looks for very long. We all get old at some point and old  models do not make any money. So Heidi Klum has developed a plan to secure her future which include TV shows and mechandise.

Heidi Klum has had some cosmetic procedures done to help lengthen her career and earnings. Some of the procedures are: removal of the chin cleft and the slight shadows under her cheeks. Heidi says that most photosin magazines are touched up. Frequently her lips are made more pouty or puffed up as she puts it.

Heidi Klum protects her looks and body fiercely and with good reason. Her looks are worth $14 million per year. Heidi Klum earns her $14 million from modeling, a media and retail operation, 2 TV hit shows and a ton of branded merchandise. Heidi is one busy woman.

Heidi Klum is working on the 3rd season of Germany’s Next Top Model. This show will provide long term returns well after Heidi has completed her modeling career. Heidi’s show has helped the “Next Top Model” winners earn some income after the show. Some have been awarded contracts with Pantene, Microsoft, Sony and Ericsson. So Heidi’s show is very productive for its contestants. Heidi Klum earns $2.5 million from hosting the Next Top Model TV show and 20% of any deals her models sign.

Heidi Klum’s first break into modeling came from Victoria’s Secret where she stayed for 11 years. Her last negotiated contract was for $3.8 million.

Heidi Klum is currently involved with a new show, Project Runway from Miramax. Project Runway is a reality show in which unknown designers compete to work in a fashion house and win $100,000 in prize money. Heidi earns $1.3 million per year as the host and $350,000 as the executive producer.

Heidi Klum is busy securing up her future and is well on her way. She will live a lavish lifestyle the rest of her life.

Ryan Seacrest is in the top 100 of the Forbes list. He is number 69 according to his earnings.  Ryan Seacrest earns around $14 million per year. $14 million is one heck of a nice salary. That would be $1.16 million per month or $553,000 every 2 weeks or $40,000 per day. Crazy!!!

Ryan Seacrest is well know for his role on American Idol ad host. Ryan Seacrest also has a 3 year deal with E! Entertainment. Ryan hosts red-carpet events and provides the network with first shot as shows he produces. Ryan Seacrest is definitely a Money Moguls. He’s making a killing. Ryan Seacrest also hosts a Top 40 radio countdown.  Ryan started with a reality show named “Paradise City”. This was his start to a huge successful career. Ryan Seacrest is said to be hosting ABC’s New Years Eve broadcast. Larry King actaully said tehat he would pick Ryan Seacrest to succeed him. That’s amazing.! Ryan Seacrest has tons of opportunity knocking at his door with no end in sight.

American Idol’s scouring judge, Simon Cowell certainly lives the good life. He is reported to have earned $43 million last year from his multi-faceted business. Simon is a judge on American Idol and produces various other TV shows such as; X Factor, America’s Got Talent, Britain’s Got Talent, American Inventor, So You Think You Can Dance and Celebrity Duets. Simon also has his music empire, Syco. Simon Cowell is a very busy man.

Simon Cowell is mega rich and shows it too. He has a Bugatti Veyron which has a sticker price well over $1 million. He drives it everyday too. The Bugatti Veyron is a sports car for the ultra rich. You don’t see many of these driving around.

So what else does Simon Cowell have? Well…you asked for it. How about a brand new 8,000 square foot mansion in Beverly Hills with a price tag of over $8 million. Now that’s posh! This mansion has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a gym and media center and is nothing short of extravagant.

Now that’s a house!!! Simon Cowell sure knows how to live lavishly and his $43 million per year salary enables Mr. Cowell to buy just about anything he wants…even a super model, Terri Seymour. Yes, that’s right. Beautiful Terri Seymour is Simon’s girlfriend. So who said money can’t buy you love?
